Well hasn’t March been a funny month?
We’ve all been housebound for the past couple of weeks, but to keep up with some sort of normality, I’ve decided to go ahead with my monthly round up of things I’ve been loving and what I’ve been up to.
What I’ve been up to-
March had such a great start. I styled some outfits for Lovely Looks in Limavady in honour of their 4th Birthday and I hosted a fashion segment at Kular which was all in aid of Foyle Hospice on International Women’s Day. Kular raised over £1000 for Charity and I was delighted to be a part of it.
Another Fashion Show I attended was in the new O’Neills Store in Castlecourt. Their new range for ladies, called “Ava” is made not just for the gym or leisure wear, but for every day wear.
Me and a few friends went to House Belfast for the night and had Bottomless Brunch. It was only £20 each!
Things I’ve been loving this month-
Fashion
I want to create a capsule Wardrobe this month so I’ve been cutting back on buying trends and focussed more on buying basics. I’m going to do a YouTube video on this, so if you’re interested, you can subscribe here.
Beauty
Curly hair has been my go-to recently and I’ve been using the Got2B Sea Salt Spray to achieve these waves. Another hair product that I’ve fell back in love with is the Provoke Purple Shampoo. It really is the best for toning blonde hair.
TV
Since being stuck at home, I started to rewatch Gossip Girl. I forgot how much I loved the fashion and drama!
At Home Projects
Before Lockdown, I grabbed some pearls and necklace clasps to make necklaces at home. So far I’ve made 2 and I think I’ve found a new favourite hobby!
Hope this blog post helped take your mind off everything that has happened and if there is anything you have loved this month, let me know in the comments.
